Pixelopolis skyline

A pixel art board for newbies and crazy people. The skyline of Pixelopolis (hometown of tzigla) from the other side of its harbor.

Let's go for an almost 2D perspective. Top row can be mostly sky. Bottom row can be mostly water.

Skyscrapers, towers, bridges and maybe some docks and ships. Disasters are allowed but let's try and have a mostly functional city this time.
